At intervals agreed by our clients,generally once a month, we produce claims bordereaux for outstanding claims and paid claims on every insurance certificate bound, that has expired, or has otherwise been cancelled or terminated, and until all such claims have been paid or otherwise resolved. All bordereaux is sent to the client at the end of each agreed period. In the event that there is no activity during a particular bordereau interval, we advise accordingly.

All data included in a bordereau is placed in agreement with our clients. The bordereau may be simple, containing only limited data points; or, the bordereau may be complex, including all data, such as the causes of loss. The design is adjusted to meet the specific requirements and specifications of our clients. The frequency of bordereau production is determined by the clients' needs.
