The attorneys in our Legal Department have extensive experience as coverage counsel, representing a number of domestic and London-based insurers and have presented seminars for these companies on legal developments and national trends. With our Western Regional and Eastern Regional Offices, Blair's Legal Department has the resources to meet our clients' needs nationwide. Our attorneys are well versed in insurance coverage analysis and dispute resolution in matters involving construction defect, advertising and personal injury, asbestos, bad faith, business interruption, directors and officers insurance, environmental issues, mold claims, attorney errors and omissions, and primary versus excess issues.

Our attorneys have experience with litigation budgets and can advise clients on issues of litigation management, as well as the analysis of the factors associated with filing and defending coverage litigation and alterative dispute resolution.

In addition to offering legal services to our clients, our Legal Department provides oversight and guidance to our examiners. Active members of the State Bar of California, our attorneys have combined experience of over forty years, with a focus on insurance coverage law.
