Remote access to claims information is becoming a necessary way of doing business. Increased mobility is probably the single most important factor leading to better relationships with insureds, underwriters, agents and claimants. We are able to deliver access to business-critical information for all approved remote users, wherever they are, across any Windows network, while ensuring the security of that information. By making information securely, easily and instantly accessible to our clients and our remote staff, we provide superior and timely claims services. Clients with authorized remote access are provided with a user name and password. Remote users are able to access our server over the internet using the same strong encryption methods that are in use by many financial institutions. We have a 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Certificate that has been published by the industry leading Certificate Authority (CA) Verisign. In addition to providing us with the actual 128 bit encryption, this certificate also verifies that the address in your URL matches the purchaser of the certificate. Remote users have 24/7 access to view reports, correspondence, claim activity logs, vendor bills, photographs and bordereau related to their contracted program.
