Blair & Company was founded in 1987 by Bill Blair following his decades long career in insurance with a major independent adjusting firm, where he served as President. He was joined in the company by his son, Rod Blair, who brought his extensive insurance experience to benefit the company. Bill Blair serves as Chief Executive and Rod Blair serves as President.

The company has grown from a California independent adjusting firm to a well-respected Claims Management and Administration firm, handling multi-line, property and casualty risks throughout the United States, through our Western Regional and Eastern Regional Offices. With the recent addition of our Legal Department, we are now able to offer in-house coverage services and legal review.
